Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Lead to lead a team of OTC consultants and drive SAP OTC processes, ensuring seamless order-to-cash cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing OTC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of OTC consultants, providing functional guidance and mentorship
Design, implement, and optimize SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, and billing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Develop and maintain OTC process documentation and training materials
Conduct end-to-end testing and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in SAP OTC/SD/CRM
Strong expertise in SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Gateway
Strong understanding of OTC processes, including order management, pricing, and billing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification in SD or CRM, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Sales and Distribution
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and SAP S/4HANA Service
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and SAP Solution Manager
Experience with integration technologies, such as PI/PO and CPI
