Title: Senior Business Analyst/Tester Level 2 (Oracle Recruiting)
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Act as Senior Business Analyst/Tester for Oracle Fusion Recruiting (ORC) within Talent Acquisition.
Validate accuracy and completeness of migrated recruiting data, including requisitions, candidates, job offers, and positions.
Test end-to-end recruiting workflows: job posting, candidate progression, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
Identify, log, and track discrepancies, errors, and missing data using Jira.
Review discrepancy and audit reports for requisitions, positions, and candidate data against source systems.
Assist with development of process documentation, test scripts, and configuration-related artifacts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and SMEs to align system functionality with business requirements.
Support continuous improvement of the Oracle Recruiting Module, including configuration changes and enhancements.
Required experience/skills
Minimum five years of systems analysis experience in an Oracle Fusion environment, preferably as BA/Tester on large HR tech implementations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including Oracle Recruiting Module.
Strong skills in system configuration, requirements gathering, test planning, and execution.
Experience with Jira for defect management and test management.
Ability to use Power BI and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting) for data validation and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related discipline.
