Senior Salesforce Developer
Location : 100% Remote USA

Pay Rate: $85 - $100 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to lead and execute on complex "Experience Cloud" initiatives within a high-volume, customer-facing environment. This role requires deep technical expertise across Salesforce's data model, declarative and programmatic capabilities, integration patterns, and component development - combined with a strategic, product-oriented mindset. While this role will primarily focus on front-end technologies, it will require a depth of knowledge on back-end processes and development.
The ideal candidate is someone who can translate business needs into scalable architecture, execute hands-on development, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated or compliance-driven industry. They can also help train others with the Salesforce products.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration with external systems.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- OmniScript
- 3+ years of direct Experience Cloud development (authentication portals, customer/member portals, B2B/B2C communities).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing and visibility models, and multi-org environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Copado & GitHub
- Familiarity with DevOps, scalable component development, and performance optimizations.
BonSoft Skills:
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Experience supporting healthcare, payer/provider networks is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI security practices, and healthcare-grade data stewardship.
- OmniStudio (likely have this if your already using OmniScript)
- Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
- Self Starter
