Job Overview:

• Seeking an Expert-level Systems Analyst to support the Legally Exempt Facility Application and Management System (LE FAMS) for a New York State agency. The role focuses on re-engineering paper-based
• processes into a modern .NET web application and working closely with business and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements and rules
• Re-engineer paper processes into web-based .NET solutions
• Create technical and business specifications
• Develop test plans, test cases; perform unit and regression testing
• Facilitate stakeholder and user meetings
• Collaborate with developers and project management to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain project documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Experience:

• 7+ years as a Systems Analyst
• Strong experience with .NET applications
• Test planning, execution, and validation experience
• Business requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation
• SQL query writing for data extraction and validation
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
