Join a rapidly growing healthcare technology company as an Azure DevOps Engineer in a hybrid role supporting cloud infrastructure and CI/CD operations for electronic health record systems and patient care platforms. This organization delivers innovative healthcare software solutions to hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare networks across the United States. You'll be part of an 8-person DevOps team responsible for managing Azure cloud environments that support critical healthcare applications serving thousands of healthcare providers and millions of patient records daily. This role combines infrastructure automation, pipeline engineering, and platform reliability work while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Based in Austin, TX, this position offers a hybrid schedule with two days onsite and the flexibility to work remotely three days per week.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related infrastructure roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture
  • Expertise building and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD
  • Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Understanding of networking concepts including VNets, subnets, load balancers, and application gateways
  • Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be local to Austin, TX area for hybrid work arrangement

  • Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect)
