Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical global Salesforce application used by field sales teams. The role involves front-end and back-end development, configuration, integrations, and data architecture, with a focus on best practices, quality standards, and user experience in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices
- Build and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, mobile, desktop, and integrations
- Lead and mentor team members on development standards and architecture compliance.
- Analyze requirements, determine feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure quality control through documentation, code reviews, and adherence to standards
- Support deployments, metadata management, and continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional Agile teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise or complex system implementations
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration
- Proficiency in APEX, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce best practices
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
- Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Metadata management, CI/CD, and deployment tools
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Exposure to Change Management, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, quality standards, and governance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
