Job Title: SAP MM & EWM Consultant

Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM & EWM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The consultant will support configuration, enhancements, and operational support activities, including ADM transition projects, integrations, and procurement processes. Experience in utility industry procurement is a strong plus.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

SAP MM (Mandatory):

• Strong configuration and hands-on experience in:
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• MRP
• Experience with:
• Batch jobs
• IDOCs
• Hands-on experience in ADM Transition projects
• Strong understanding of MM integration with other SAP modules

SAP EWM (Mandatory):

• Configuration experience in SAP EWM
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Inbound processes
• Outbound processes
• Internal warehouse processes
• Physical Inventory
• Cycle Counting

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

SAP SUS (Supplier Collaboration)

• Configuration experience in:
• Service Purchase Orders via portal
• Vendor onboarding processes
• Integration knowledge with:
• SAP ECC
• SAP PI
• Experience in:
• Material & Service PO confirmation
• Invoicing
• User maintenance and setup

SAP C-Folder (Preferred)

• Maintenance and configuration of C-Folder
• User setup and administration

SAP SRM (Preferred)

• Configuration experience in classic SRM scenarios
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Shopping Cart
• Workflow
• Catalog Management
• MDM
• Integration with:
• ECC
• PI system
• Knowledge of:
• Bid management
• Material and service confirmation
• Invoicing

Other Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass
• Knowledge of Utility industry procurement processes
• Experience in user maintenance and security setup

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP MM and EWM modules
• Support ADM transition activities
• Handle integrations with ECC, PI, Ariba, SRM, and SUS
• Work closely with business users and technical teams
• Support procurement and warehouse operations
• Perform system testing, documentation, and user support
