We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager ERP (Oracle/SAP) to join our team. This role will involve leading large-scale, global ERP initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing project delivery from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle/SAP ERP project management, budget and schedule control, and enterprise IT delivery, along with a passion for driving successful digital transformation initiatives.
Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager ERP (Oracle/SAP)
Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week; local candidates only within 90 minutes)
Duration: 1 Year Contract (with possible extension)
Job Description: - Lead and manage enterprise-scale Oracle/SAP ERP projects across global teams
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage project budgets exceeding $750M, schedules, scope, risks, issues, and change requests
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of 20+ members, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices and organizational standards
- Utilize project portfolio management tools such as Clarity to track progress and dependencies
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, and governance documentation to leadership
Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of Oracle/SAP ERP experience, including global ERP project management
- 7+ years of formal IT project management experience following industry best practices
- 7+ years managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and change control
- 5+ years experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
- 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project
