Power BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Analyst in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:
* Power BI Analyst will design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support strategic and operational decision-making
* Partner closely with IT leadership, PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and align on key metrics
* Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate complex information into intuitive, actionable insights
* Support large-scale IT project environments by reporting on critical project management metrics, including timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets
* Translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable, automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency and consistency
* As a Power BI Analyst, you will ensure reporting aligns with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, adapting metrics and views as needed
* Continuously improve reporting processes and dashboards to enhance clarity, accuracy, and usability

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience building executive-level dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
* Proven experience supporting large-scale IT projects, PMO functions, or enterprise technology initiatives
* Strong understanding of project management concepts and metrics (timelines, milestones, risks, budgets)
* Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for executive audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
