Summary

Job Title: Fraud Analyst
Job at a Glance: This position involves assisting in daily tasks to identify and mitigate high-risk payment activity across multiple lines of business. The role requires leveraging various tools to investigate transactions, review history, and administer mitigation features through internal and vendor platforms.
Location: 1354 Boot Road West Chester Pennsylvania 19380 United States
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $40/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with security-focused business partners to provide information and feedback on account-specific investigations.
Identify and flag patterns of high-risk activity across accounts to support large-scale mitigation efforts.
Monitor email, tickets, and internal reports to resolve cases on a case-by-case basis.
Conduct account research and link fraud trends across lines of business.
Administrate account settings and fraud controls.
Perform self-guided research and investigation of account activity.
Present findings to internal teams and business partners.
Provide feedback on reporting and rules administration to improve risk exposure.

Required Skills:

Experience with payments, fraud, and risk management.
Proficiency with Cybersource/Decision Manager.
Knowledge of payment fraud platform operations.
Basic SQL skills.
Experience with Tableau.
Ability to investigate and analyze account activity.
Strong collaboration skills with security teams.
