Title: SAP Cloud for Customer Consultant
Duration: 1 month
Location: Ottawa, ON/100% Remote
Note: Remote work, part-time 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions in alignment with business requirements
Implement and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
Work with SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management to ensure seamless service delivery and integration
Design and support AI-powered workflows to automate service processes and enhance operational efficiency
Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized knowledge base to support service agents and end users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide functional guidance
Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous improvements
Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guides as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant
SAP C4C Certification (required)
Strong proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management
Knowledge of and experience with AI-powered workflows and service automation
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a centralized knowledge base
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating SAP C4C with other SAP or third-party systems
Prior experience supporting global or distributed teams
