SailPoint IAM Engineer/IAM Security Engineer/SailPoint IIQ Engineer/IdentityNow Engineer-Remote

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint platforms such as IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow (IDN). The ideal candidate will help ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity governance across enterprise systems.

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IAM solutions (IIQ and/or IdentityNow)

• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle events

• Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML)

• Implement access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and policies

• Integrate SailPoint with applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms

• Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues and performance problems

• Support audits, compliance reporting, and access reviews

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams

• Perform upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements

• Maintain technical documentation and IAM best practices

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts

• Experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and JSON

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity governance models

• Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud apps

• Familiarity with access certifications, provisioning, and role management

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
