This role focuses on dimensional quality, GD&T, fixture design, and CAD-based manufacturing support. You ll ensure manufactured parts meet tight dimensional specs, design and validate fixtures, and collaborate closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Top 3 Mandatory Hard Skills (Non-Negotiable)

GD&T (5+ years)

Strong practical application, not just theoretical knowledge

CAD Software (5+ years)

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar

Analytical & Dimensional Accuracy (5+ years)

High attention to detail, tolerance analysis, measurement systems
Nice to Have / Best-in-Class

Automotive or EV manufacturing experience

Experience working in fast-changing, new-role environments

Strong cross-functional communication skills

Innovation mindset (process & design improvements)
