Project Support Coordinator

Description:

Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

Notes on the Role:
-The internal contractor title is "Project Support Coordinator"
-There is a good possibility of FTE conversion based on performance- it's very competitive.
-This role will be onsite 2 days a week at Century Park
-The hours are roughly 6 AM - 3:30 PM PST

Education:

-Highschool degree required only

Others:
-Something that would make this candidate an "All Star"- having a utility or construction background, someone who is familiar working as a Project Coordinator or doing admin type work within a utility or construction company. Also someone who is able to adapt to new processes and open to change
- There will be 1 round of interviews, with the manager and her supervisor
