PMO Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support software development and cloud implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple project teams to ensure accurate project planning, scheduling, reporting, and delivery tracking across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of detailed Microsoft Project work plans , including milestones, deliverables, and work products.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, schedules, and dependencies are accurately tracked and updated.
• Generate and maintain detailed and executive-level project status reports , dashboards, and summaries.
• Perform quality reviews of project deliverables and work products to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Support submission, tracking, and documentation of account deliverables.
• Capture and transcribe meeting minutes, prepare presentations, conduct research, and provide administrative project support as needed.
• Anticipate project and team needs to ensure a seamless and positive stakeholder experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple project teams and priorities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and positive approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project tracking and management tools such as JIRA, Jama, and MS Project .
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
