Summary

Job Title: Epic Principal Trainer Resolute HB & PB Job ID: 26-00297 Location: Remote/Raleigh/Durham, NC Duration: 12 months of contract

Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced Epic-certified Principal Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and maintenance of role-based Epic training programs and MST environments.

Required Certifications (active):

Resolute Hospital Billing
Resolute Professional Billing
TED105 Training Wheels
TED300 Training Environment Build

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain Epic role-based training content and curriculum.
Build and support MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.
Deliver and co-facilitate classroom and hands-on Epic training sessions.
Develop instructional materials, exercises, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to enhance training quality.
Mentor staff and support train-the-trainer initiatives.
Manage schedules, assignments, and training timelines.

Required Experience:

3+ years Epic Principal Trainer experience.
5+ years EHR/Health IT training experience.
3+ years adult education and presentation experience.
Strong ownership, communication, and ability to work independently.

Highly Desired: Experience building and maintaining Epic training environments.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $71.00 - $81.00 per hour.
