Duration: 6 months (with possible extensions)

<>Role Responsibilities

Support SAP IS-U Billing functional design, configuration, and implementation activities across all project phases including blueprint, build, test, and deployment.
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions within SAP IS-U Billing.
Configure and support IS-U Billing components such as rate structures, billing schemas, billing cycles, invoicing, and exception handling.
Collaborate with technical teams and functional consultants to support integrations with related IS-U modules including FICA, Device Management, and Customer Service.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); assist with defect tracking, resolution, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
