Pay: $40 - $50 /Hr
Description:- Build and maintain application features under guidance from senior developers
- Work from clear requirements, patterns, conventions, and best practices to complete sprint work, fix bugs, write tests, and improve code quality
- Communicate progress, blockers, and questions clearly
- Participate in code reviews and learn team standards as both a reviewer and author as part of an Agile Development environment
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineers and teams to maintain an agile and well-coordinated project
- Maintain and develop coworker and customer relations to promote cross-functional team collaboration and coordination
- Advise, consult, and interact with team leaders and peers to assist in Sprint and Design planning
Requirements:- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems or Computer Science or YOE in lieu
- 5 or more years' experience as fullstack developer
- Experience with at least one strongly typed language like Java or C# and at least one loosely typed language like Python or Javascript
- Full-stack development experience including UI, API, and Database development and design
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and the ability to read, assess, and update the codebase to meet project and sprint requirements
- Expertise in application development for both new features and codebase maintenance
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to work both individually and as part of a small team of developers with limited supervision
- Ability to positively and proactively influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures
- Willing and able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
