Finance BA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst in the Miami, FL area.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Finance Business Analyst with a strong blend of business analysis and product management expertise. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and leading process and technology improvement initiatives within the Finance function, driving continuous improvement and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead finance transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and business units
* Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end Finance process solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and quality
* Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
* Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance
* Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm stakeholder requirements are met
* Apply advanced principles of process improvement, workflow analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
* Serve as a key member of project teams, providing leadership and conflict resolution when needed
* Partner with stakeholders to implement financial strategies and processes effectively

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
* Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Business Process Management a plu; Multiple certifications in analytics and product management preferred
* 10+ years of relevant finance expertise, supporting technology-driven initiatives
* 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product management
* Experience with BI reporting tools and analytics platforms
* Deep understanding and 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications (JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud)
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
