Project Manager II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client that is seeking a Project Manager II. This is a 6-month contract role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates are expected to be onsite 3 days a week. The office is located on the north shore.

Summary:
In this role, the Project Manager oversees operational and project support for Oracle R12 EBS ERP, Global Data Warehouse, and Hyperion financial systems. This role provides oversight and escalation for these platforms, manages teams, resolves support issues, champions process improvements, and coordinates technical work across infrastructure and application teams. The Senior Manager drives automation, data integrity, and reporting excellence globally.

Key Responsibilities:
* EBS & Hyperion Governance: Define and enforce implementation standards for EBS, Hyperion Planning, Financial Management, Orbit Reporting System, etc.
* Process Optimization: Manage end-to-end finance processes (close, consolidation, budgeting) and champion continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
* Team Leadership: Lead a global team of 7-10 finance analysts and developers; Provide coaching and guidance
* Data & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, audit trails, SOX compliance; Deliver executive dashboards and ad hoc analysis
* Project Management: Ensure efficient and effective project execution
* Operational Support: Provide technical leadership for complex issues; Lead configuration and enhancement of Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, PA, FA)
* Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Develop annual and multi-year budget forecasts; Support cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 6+ years in finance systems (Oracle EBS, Hyperion) analysis, development, and implementation
* Management or supervisory experience
* Knowledge of governance and change management in IT
* Experience with SDLC, design, and architecture review
* Hands-on management of Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents
* Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
* 10+ years of experience in finance systems (Oracle EBS, Hyperion)
* Managerial experience in global, matrixed environments; offshore management a plus
* Experience in global delivery environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
