Job Title: Oracle Business Systems Analyst Location: Houston, TX Duration: 8-9 Months Contract (08/25/2025 to 05/15/2026)
Job Description:
The services You will provide the client project team: As an Oracle business Systems Analyst, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency. Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems. Design and propose Oracle system solutions that align with business needs and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle systems and processes.
Primary Skill Required for the Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
Level Required for Primary Skill: Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
