Job Title: Technical Lead – Veeva Vault Platform

Location: Marlborough, MA
Contract: C2C

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Veeva Vault Platform to work closely with business stakeholders, proactively identify issues, and provide technical leadership for Veeva Vault implementations and support. The role will focus on maintaining and supporting Veeva RIM and eTMF projects while ensuring platform stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Technical Lead for Veeva Vault Platform initiatives
Work closely with business users to understand requirements, issues, and operational challenges
Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities within Veeva Vault applications
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams
Maintain, support, and enhance Veeva RIM and eTMF solutions
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with regulatory and validation standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as required

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience working with Veeva Vault Platform
Hands-on experience with Veeva RIM and Veeva eTMF
Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior technical role
Strong understanding of regulated environments (Life Sciences preferred)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business users

Nice to Have:

Experience with Veeva Vault integrations
Knowledge of validation and compliance (GxP) processes
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
