Position Title: People / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support transformation programs for our client. The consultant will be responsible for shaping and delivering people-centric change strategies, developing future-state team and role designs, and driving structured communication and adoption activities. This role requires strong consulting skills, including client facilitation, stakeholder management, and experience delivering OCM workstreams within large-scale transformation programs, typically alongside digital, operating model, or system integration initiatives.
The specialist will work closely with PMO, functional teams, solutioning teams, and leadership stakeholders to operationalize the future-state role structure and drive end-user adoption through rigorous change processes, artifacts, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Strategy & Operating Framework
- Develop a Change Strategy Blueprint aligned to program governance, scope, and transformation KPIs including guiding principles, change levers, and adoption objectives.
- Establish a Change Operating Model, including reporting structure, cadence, governance routines, and RAID alignment, including timelines, milestones, key activities, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Analysis & Change Impact Modeling
- Conduct Stakeholder Segmentation and mapping using influence/power/impact models.
- Perform detailed Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) capturing system, process, capability, and behavioral impacts.
- Create Heat Maps and Impact Severity Models to inform communication and training priorities.
- Support leaders in communicating changes clearly and consistently across the organization
- Communication Strategy & Channel Architecture
- Develop an end-to-end Communication Architecture, including message hierarchy, channel strategy, cadence, and governance.
- Build communication assets including Leadership Cascades, FAQ Repositories, Narrative Briefings, and Change Story Artifacts
- Change Measurement, Analytics & Adoption Tracking
- Define the Change Measurement Framework, including KPIs, leading/lagging indicators, persona-based adoption metrics, and readiness scorecards.
- Develop Adoption Dashboards, integrating data inputs from readiness assessments, surveys, and program milestones.
- Conduct Change Readiness Assessments, sentiment analysis, and pulse checks, translating insights into targeted interventions.
- Monitor change adoption and propose interventions where gaps are identified.
- OCM Delivery & Integration
- Maintain a Change RAID Log and drive mitigation actions with cross-functional owners.
- Partner with Training/L&D teams to translate role impacts into Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Curriculum Pathways.
- Prepare executive-level OCM updates, steering committee inputs, and decision-support materials
Experience
- 6-12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, People Change, or Organizational Design.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs (ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation).
- Experience in role design, communication planning, and change measurement frameworks
Skills
- Strong knowledge of change management
- Ability to design and clearly articulate future-state roles and teams.

- Experience in Stakeholder heat mapping, Role architecture and RACI design, Communication architecture development
- Proficient in Korean and English language
- Preferably experience of working with automotive, industrial machinery product development, manufacturing teams etc
