Endpoint Systems Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an endpoint systems admin that supports and manages Apple-based endpoints within a broader enterprise technology environment. The position blends hands-on Mac administration with high-touch support for senior leaders and key business users. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the Mac ecosystem while partnering with security, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and optimize device policies, profiles, and workflows within a centralized management platform
* Support secure operating system updates, patching, and device compliance
* Serve as an escalation point for complex Mac-related issues, including executive-level support
* Partner with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint standards with organizational requirements
* Assist with planning future endpoint tooling and evaluating how Apple devices fit into a Microsoft-centric environment
* Maintain documentation and operational procedures related to Mac support and endpoint processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
