Project Description
We are seeking a strong and creative Lead AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to work on large-scale,
high-impact systems using modern and open-source technologies. This role provides an
opportunity to design, build, and support solutions that serve thousands of users on a monthly
basis.
You will be part of the Information Technology Team within the IT Division, working in an Agile,
product-engineering-driven environment. The team culture emphasizes innovation, ownership,
collaboration, hypothesis-based problem solving, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of account-level applications
Lead, influence, and mentor peers, junior engineers, and senior stakeholders across
teams
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand requirements
and deliver solutions aligned with release plans
Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous innovation
Work with Engineering and QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production
and non-production issues
Provide production support and guide the team during critical incidents
Take ownership of technical decisions and DevOps leadership initiatives
Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements
Excellent communication skills with a strong ownership and leadership mindset
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on AWS experience as a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer
7+ years of CI/CD experience
Minimum 2 3 years of lead-level experience
Strong experience in production support and team guidance
Ability to drive innovation and make technical decisions
