Summary

ServiceNow Administrator (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support critical platform administration and ITSM operations for an enterprise environment. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid schedule based in Watsonville, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration

Support and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog

Handle system upgrades, configurations, and integrations

Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system stability

Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and operational needs

Required Skills & Experience

CSA-certified ServiceNow Administrator

3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and core modules

Experience with JavaScript and Glide scripting

Familiarity with upgrades and integrations

Contract Details

Contract type: C2C

Duration: 6 months

Location: Watsonville, CA

Schedule: 2 days onsite, remaining days remote
