IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking for a Platform Service Batch Technician to be responsible for, monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments, providing a high degree of customer support for applications.

- Excellent oral and written communication and documentation
- Analytical/problem solving skills
NOTE: Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI). Schedule will be 2nd shift (Monday-Wednesday 2-11pm CST) and Sunday 5:30am-6:30pm.

Skills Required:
- 5 years - Control M
- 5 years - JCL
- 5 years - MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 5 years - Changeman
Skills Desired A plus to have:
- Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL Mainframe Systems: Using Changeman, CNTL-M or the like
- 5 years - Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
- Informatica
- Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable
- Cherwell ITSM
