DescriptionOur client is seeking a Lead
Project Manager to support the
network and asset needs related to the merger and the rollout of EPIC. This individual will oversee and manage all aspects of the EPIC implementation, including
vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, inventory oversight, network integration, and large-scale enterprise integration activities.
This role is responsible for ensuring
network, desktop, and device engineering configuration standards are met while leading and managing multiple concurrent projects. The Lead Project Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with
desktop teams, network engineering teams, and external vendors to design and deliver
best-in-class desktop and device application solutions.Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all components of the EPIC rollout associated with the merger.
- Ensure network, desktop, device engineering, and configuration standards are consistently met.
- Lead large-scale integration projects involving multiple internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Provide system-wide oversight of the User Device Lifecycle, including:
- Budgeting
- Procurement
- Asset Management
- Device Relinquishment
- Gather and assess existing workflows across facilities; assist in creating and maintaining processes, procedures, and documentation supporting device lifecycle management.
- Coordinate scheduled procurements across all facilities and work closely with IT Finance to ensure visibility into upcoming procurements and required funding.
- Facilitate and review procurement and quote requests to ensure:
- Requested solutions align with identified business and technical needs
- Requests adhere to established schedules and standards
- Status updates are communicated to all stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Desktop Engineering leadership, Site Directors, and facility procurement requestors to support procurement and deployment efforts.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and establish standardized processes for vendors to provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Support and maintain asset management processes used to track user devices, including financial and non-financial assets.
- Manage the full device lifecycle at facilities and support the end-to-end procurement process.
- Provide extensive support during the EPIC rollout tied to the merger and deliver ongoing post-implementation operational support.

Preparing and willing to do any other reasonable and lawful instruction/task on time and correctly
Managing time efficiently, effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule calls, able to maintain professional demeanor under stress and operate within customer standard operating procedures without abuse.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
