Job Description :

The SAP Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA, ISU, CRM, Billing, Metering, Device Management, FICA, and related integrations) within a regulated utility landscape.

Experience

12+ years of SAP operations, including ISU, billing, meter data, CRM, or FICA support.
Minimum 3 5 years leading SAP support or operations teams.
Proven experience within the Utilities sector (electric, gas, water).
ITIL certification preferred.
SAP certifications (ISU, S/4HANA, SAP Operations, BASIS, or integration modules) highly desirable.
