Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant- Remote

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer / Analyst to design, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines technical configuration, data analysis, and campaign execution to deliver personalized customer journeys across multiple channels.

• Design, build, and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio

• Configure data models using Contact Builder and integrate data from CRM and external systems

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data extensions, and automations

• Implement personalization using AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content

• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into campaign solutions

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations

• Manage subscriber lifecycle, segmentation, and audience targeting

• Ensure data quality, consent management, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

• Troubleshoot campaign, data, and integration issues

• Create and maintain technical and campaign documentation

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder

• Proficiency in SQL for data segmentation and analysis

• Experience with AMPscript and/or SSJS

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, SMS, push, personalization)

• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
