Job Title: QA Python Lead - MCP Server

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Must Have - Python, Google Cloud Platform, MCP Server, A to A protocols, Web Application Testing, Manual and UAT

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a lead / mentor role.
Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
Experience with cloud platforms (MCP or similar - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus).
Deep understanding of agent-to-agent protocols (or similar network / communication protocols).
Hands-on experience in web application testing (manual + automated).
Experience leading UAT testing cycles with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with generative AI concepts, model testing, or AI-based feature testing.
Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating QA with CI/CD pipelines.
