a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and creatives to design world-class user experiences for digital products in the media, entertainment, and ad tech space. Your work will directly influence how audiences interact with our platforms, advertising products, and content experiences.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)
Lead end-to-end UX design from concept to final execution for web, mobile, and connected TV experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping.
Translate user insights into clear information architecture and intuitive interaction flows.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UX documentation that clearly communicate design intent.
Balance business goals, brand requirements, and user needs.
User Interface (UI)
Design pixel-perfect user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI pattern libraries.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for internal use and stakeholder presentations.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with product and engineering teams to define features and deliver exceptional experiences.
Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
Advocate for UX best practices and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay current with trends in UI/UX, emerging tech (AR/VR, AI interfaces), and digital media platforms.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of UI/UX design experience (ideally in media, entertainment, advertising tech, streaming platforms, or digital products).
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across platforms (web, iOS/Android, TV).
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Marvel, Principle).
Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, usability principles, and responsive layouts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Tech Stack & Tools (Required)
Design: Figma (advanced), Adobe Creative Suite (basic)
Prototyping: Figma, Framer, or ProtoPie
Design Systems: Component libraries, Auto Layout, Tokens
Frontend Awareness: HTML, CSS, Responsive Design (hands-on or strong working knowledge)

Analytics Exposure: GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar (UX-informed decisions)
Preferred
Experience in Developing Ad Tech, video streaming, connected TV (CTV), or OTT platforms.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, design systems, animation principles, or motion design.
Experience with user research methods and A/B testing collaboration.
Familiarity with analytics and metrics that guide UX decisions.
