Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Java backend development
Strong knowledge of Java 8+, OOP, multithreading, and JVM concepts
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC
Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with Hibernate / JPA
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven, Gradle)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
