As a contingent Software Engineering Consultant, you will contribute technical expertise to high-impact initiatives and support large-scale engineering planning efforts. In this role, you will analyze complex, multi-dimensional engineering challenges and develop recommendations that account for diverse technical, operational, and strategic factors. You will partner closely with cross-functional client teams to evaluate requirements, ensure alignment with policies and compliance standards, and support the delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives.
Review, assess, and troubleshoot multi-faceted engineering challenges involving ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
Develop informed recommendations based on deep understanding of engineering processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on priorities, clarify requirements, and support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to long-term planning activities and drive clarity in ambiguous or evolving project scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (including consulting, training, military experience, or education).
