Summary

Role: Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer

Work Location : Helena, Montana (Day 1 Onsite)

Contract duration :Long Term

Minimum years of experience: 3+ years

Required Experience

3+ years as Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer
Strong troubleshooting with Windows OS, Active Directory, O365
Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
Hands-on experience with remote support tools
Workstation imaging (desktops/laptops)
VPN & VDI support experience
Experience with hardware IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
Inventory management of corporate IT assets
Enterprise printer support
Ability to handle first-call resolution and multitask
Good communication & customer-facing skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 deskside & remote support (phone/email/chat)
Own tickets from creation to closure
Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software & business applications
Support new hire deployments, RTO projects & office moves
Perform network connectivity troubleshooting
Manage asset inventory, shipping & receiving
Support remote workforce users
