Project Coordinator

AVA Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description:

• Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan.
• Assists in information collection and validations.
• Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

Requirement:

• Min 5 years of experience in project coordination, supporting projecting managers
• Prior experience in Utilities or Construction industry highly preferred
• Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
