Summary

We are seeking Field Service Technicians (Level 1) to support vegetation management and basic network/telecom equipment operations at solar and infrastructure sites. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on experience in field operations, equipment maintenance, and site support.

Technicians will work under the supervision of senior staff and assist with both field servicing activities and vegetation management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field equipment
Support basic network and telecommunications equipment maintenance (fiber optics, DC power systems, multiplexers, and related components)
Perform preventive maintenance and replace defective components as needed
Maintain site security, cleanliness, and safety standards
Track spare parts and maintain basic technical documentation
Support contractors during maintenance, repair, and restoration activities
Learn and follow established operational and safety procedures
Work under supervision of senior technicians
