Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile teams delivering complex Java-based, distributed, and AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with deep Agile expertise, strong technical acumen, and exposure to modern GenAI and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering Java-based, API-driven, microservices applications
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Drive Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team maturity
Track and report Agile KPIs and metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, predictability, team health)
Proactively identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies
Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps teams
Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and technical excellence
Support delivery of solutions involving GenAI technologies and agentic workflows
Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile governance and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile metrics
Solid technical background with:
- Java application development
- APIs and system integrations
- Distributed and microservices architectures
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Exposure to GenAI technologies, LLM-based solutions, or agentic workflows
Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
SAFe or other Agile scaling framework experience
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)
