Job Duties -
Create, update, and maintain Configuration Item records in the CMDB
Update and maintain CI relationships
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of the CMDB
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Create CMDB dashboards in ServiceNow based on out of the box capabilities
Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, applying skill, judgment, and understanding of operational information and needs.
Executes queries to download data from multiple source systems to create reports according to customer specifications.
Delivers regular reporting and assists team leadership with analysis by mining, cleaning or aggregating data.
Maintains existing reporting and dashboards.
Handle incoming ad-hoc analyses, data requests and other questions from key stakeholders.
Keeping documentation on updates or changes to data sources, reporting or any other analysis.
Reviews reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

? Experience gathering information from multiple data sources using a variety of tools.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Effective communicator - verbal & written, formal & informal.
Preferred Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or Information Systems.
? Familiar with ServiceNow.
? High level understanding of hardware and software asset discovery tools and processes
? Insurance industry experience, preferably exposure in life or long-term care insurance.
