Job Description :- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Catalog Developer to design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow Service Catalog items, including UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
Create and maintain workflows using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
Implement automations and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize forms, tables, and client-side/server-side scripts to meet business needs.
Maintain best practices, ensure code quality, and adhere to ServiceNow development standards.
Work with the ITSM team to align catalog development with ITIL processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog items and workflows.
Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of new catalog features.
