Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Work extensively with Salesforce data including Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom objects, reports, and CSV exports.
Clean, join, and validate Salesforce datasets for reporting and automation workflows.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows that move data between Power BI, SharePoint lists, Excel files, and other systems.
Implement and support approval workflows, notifications, and data-capture processes tied to tracking dashboards.
Monitor and troubleshoot flow failures, performance issues, and data mismatches; document fixes and enhance flows for scalability and reliability.
Create and maintain documentation including flow diagrams, field mappings, and naming conventions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
Support ongoing data quality and governance initiatives.
Present findings and automation outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Apply program management principles to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with multiple teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively escalate risks.

Qualification And Education:

Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, automation analysis, or a similar role.
Experience with Salesforce API, report automation, and understanding of Salesforce object schema.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of SharePoint lists, Excel/CSV data handling, and basic data modeling concepts.
Ability to read and work with Power Query (M) and simple DAX.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in program management including planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Prior experience in a tech or semiconductor environment is a plus.
