Seeking a Business Analyst with a background in RPA. You will play a pivotal role in identifying automation opportunities, documenting complex workflows, and deploying high-impact RPA solutions that drive operational excellence.

responsibilities:
Requirements Leadership: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new RPA projects and system enhancements.
Agile Solution Design: Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories and process flows, collaborating closely with developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with business goals.
Documentation Excellence: Take full accountability for extensive functional and technical documentation, including user manuals, training deliverables, and test scripts.
Verification & Testing: Partner with dev teams to test and verify that solutions meet rigorous business requirements throughout the SDLC.
Process Optimization: Utilize Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis) to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows before automation.
qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, BIS, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner within an Agile SDLC environment.
RPA/APA Expertise: Proven experience using RPA technology to deliver business solutions, including documenting and optimizing automated workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, etc.) to drive operational efficiency.
Project Management: Demonstrated history of managing project deliverables, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing simultaneous requests.
Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex technical processes to non-technical audiences.
