skilled and dependable AV Technician who's passionate about audio-visual systems and ready to grow with a company that's making a big impact in education and community spaces.
What You'll Do- Install and service AV infrastructure: speakers, amplifiers, digital signage, video screens, and cabling.
- Occasionally lead small AV projects (crew of 3 or fewer).
- Work in environments like K-12 schools, universities, auditoriums, and places of worship.
- Travel to job sites throughout New England (mileage reimbursed).
Top Skills We're Looking For- Strong AV experience with systems like Creston, BiAmp, Q-SYS, and CTS certification (preferred).
- Solid troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
Nice-to-Haves- AV certifications (CTS, etc.) - not required but a big plus.
- Experience in structured AV environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
