Job Description:

• 10 to 12 years working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide, multitier ServiceNow production environment
• At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
• Good knowledge of software and hardware life cycle workflows and processes. Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
• Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform 
• Develop ServiceNow SAM configuration, including automated asset data population integrations with SCCM, JAMF, and other software asset sources.
• Experience in configuring end-to-end SAM Pro processes, activities, along with reconciliation, reclamation rules, and reports workspaces
• Hands-on experience in implementing the HAM Pro module along with Hardware models lifecycle processes, normalisation workspace, enablement, etc
• Document every development configuration and technical details, and prepare training material
