Position: Salesforce Functional QA
Location: Seattle, WA, USA
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-aligned functional scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.
Assess upstream and downstream system impacts of Salesforce changes on enterprise capabilities, including user onboarding and shared services.
Perform functional and end-to-end validation of Salesforce LC Next Gen solutions across Licensee organization use cases.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to identify risks, dependencies, and solution gaps early in the lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate offshore QA resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
