RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Chicago, IL.
Duties:
* Program Manager will lead the end-to-end program for the TIBCO decommission and Solace migration initiative
* Drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams and application teams
* Serve as the primary point of contact and for senior and executive leaders; Provide clear, concise communication and status reporting
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful migration across all application groups
* Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to align on integration, technical decisions, and migration consistency
* As a Program Manager, you will maintain clear program documentation, decisions, milestones, and executive-level visibility
* Identify process gaps, improve workflows, and enhance predictability and delivery speed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years working within enterprise technology organizations
* 3+ years of Enterprise or Technology Program Management leading large, cross-functional initiatives
* Proven experience driving enterprise platform migrations, system integrations, or large-scale technical implementations
* Experience working in Agile/SAFe Agile environments
* Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, and Platform Engineering concepts
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong executive presence
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and hold teams accountable without direct authority
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
