Preferred Qualifications
·EducationalRequirements: Bachelor’s degree is required.
·Experience:A minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
·Techno-FunctionalExpertise: Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in theimplementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL).
·HumanCapital Management Solutions: More than ten years of experience implementingHuman Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as atechnical lead consultant. This includes driving HR technology implementationsthrough technical process designs, solution architecture, data conversion,integrations, report development, process playback, user acceptance testing,cutover, and production launch.
·OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working with OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC).
·ReportingExperience: 2 to 5 years of experience in building OTBI (Oracle TransactionalBusiness Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
·TechnicalSkills: Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and experienceproviding solution architecture.
·ConsultingBackground: Previous consulting experience with a consulting or systemsintegrator (SI) organization is preferred.
·AdditionalHCM Applications: Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus.
·Certification:Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
