Required Technical Experience

Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) recent experience within the last 3 years
Advanced experience configuring:
- Request Offerings
- Service Offerings
- Connectors
- Incidents, Changes, and Services
System Center Orchestrator workflow development and automation
Cireson Web Portal (last 3 years)
Windows Server Administration patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management
Microsoft SQL Server foundational understanding to support System Center Suite
Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID user and group administration
Microsoft PowerShell (v5.1 or newer) scripting and automation

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance)

Minimum 3 years in a development role supporting Microsoft System Center in an enterprise environment
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with Microsoft Azure
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience with Microsoft Windows Servers
Minimum 3 years of experience with an IT service management framework (ITIL, MITA, or equivalent)
