Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7:30 AM

What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, setup, and maintenance
- Basic tooling, programming, and robotics troubleshooting skills
- Experience with mold preventative maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
- Forklift license required
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work overhead, and stand for long periods
- Good communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable with changing priorities and independent work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical writing
- Committed to safety and PPE use
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic systems
- Implement new molding processes and manage tooling setups
- Identify and resolve molding defects
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on molds
- Organize and maintain molds, tools, and equipment
- Document technical findings and maintain clear communication with the team
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
- Operate machines from 80 to 500 tons and perform shutdowns when needed
- Maintain assigned tools and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
