The role supports an enterprise environment with a strong focus on mobile technologies, including iOS, Android, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. The position is contract-based and centered on supporting and managing mobile devices and cellular services for business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and two-factor authentication

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with eSIMs and cellular services
Experience supporting corporate Wi-Fi environments

40% Mobile Device Management (Intune / MDM)
30% iOS & Android support
30% Cellular services and connectivity

Daily Responsibilities

70% Hands-on device support and troubleshooting
15% Asset tracking and provisioning
15% Team collaboration and coordination
